The Wood Carver’s Guild invites you to its annual show on Sunday, October 21,2007 at the
Frankenmuth High School, 525 E. Genesee St., Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Exhibitors may enter at 7:00am to register and set up. Carving Competition entries must be
entered before 9:30 am.
The doors will be open to the public from 10:00am-4:00pm.
Complimentary coffee and doughnuts will be available to exhibitors until 9:45am. The Girl Scouts
will provide food and beverage during the show.
Exhibitor’s tables are 8 ft. long, 30 in. high. The show committee will assign all exhibitor
placements. If possible, all special need requests will be honored. A limited number of
electrical Connections are available. (Bring a 50-foot Extension Cord).
Exhibitors must provide table covering with floor length skirting and are required to maintain
their table until 4:00pm. Exhibitors are responsible for security at their own table during the show.
Sale of wood carvings and related items is permitted. Please provide receipts and wrapping for
items. Sellers are responsible for paying all sales taxes. The show committee will not charge
commissions.
We will be having an open demonstration area. If you would like to demonstrate for 30 minutes
please indicate on your application, and type of carving or demonstration you will be doing. The
Guild will, if needed, provide security for your table duiring your demonstration time.
All applications must be received by October 10, 2008. Please mail your reservation sheet and
mail your application to the Club Secretary. (If there is a need to cancel please do so by
October 10th to receive a refund.)
